Our telemedicine visits run through a secure, web-based platform powered by Solv Health. No app download or account creation is required. After you enter your symptoms and contact information, a board-certified emergency physician or nurse practitioner reviews your case and connects with you via live video. During the visit, your physician evaluates your condition, asks questions, and may request that you show affected areas on camera. Based on the evaluation, they provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, and — if needed — send a prescription electronically to your pharmacy. Most visits take 10-20 minutes. If your condition requires in-person care, we can escalate you to our physical ER at 5306 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire TX 77401 with your records already in hand.
