Talk to an Emergency Physician
A board-certified emergency physician connects with you via secure video. They review your symptoms, ask questions, and conduct a visual examination. Our physicians are the same caliber you would see in a physical emergency room — not a nurse-only triage or general practitioner.
Get Care
Based on your evaluation, your physician provides a diagnosis and treatment plan. This may include a prescription sent electronically to your pharmacy, a specialist referral, follow-up instructions, or — if needed — seamless escalation to our physical ER at 5306 Bellaire Blvd with your records already in hand.

Visit Duration
Most telemedicine visits take 10-20 minutes. Your physician takes whatever time is needed to thoroughly evaluate your condition.
Prescriptions
If medication is needed, your prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Most prescriptions are available for pickup within the hour.

If your physician determines you need hands-on care, imaging, or labs, we escalate you to our physical ER at 5306 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire TX 77401 — without starting over.
