When a prescription is part of the plan.
A clinician may prescribe when medication is appropriate. The prescription can be sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. The pharmacy fills it and can answer questions about stock, pickup and the medication charge.
A visit does not promise a particular medicine or refill. Some requests need records, monitoring or an examination. You can still ask directly about the prescription concern that brought you here.
Use your location at the time of the visit.
Virtual ER serves patients located in Texas and Louisiana. Tell the team where you are physically located, including when you are traveling. A Texas or Louisiana home address alone does not establish eligibility while you are in another state.
