We treat over 57 conditions via telemedicine, including cold and flu symptoms, allergies, sinus infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, eczema, acne, nausea, diarrhea, headaches, migraines, minor injuries (sprains, strains), insect bites, pink eye, bronchitis, asthma, heartburn, and more. Our physicians can also provide medication refills, follow-up care, and specialist referrals.

Yes. We have a board-certified Pediatrician on our team, and our physicians can evaluate and treat common childhood illnesses via telemedicine, including fevers, ear infections, rashes, colds, and stomach issues.

Yes. Our team includes a board-certified Psychiatrist who offers telepsychiatry services for conditions including anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

Payment is handled through our secure booking platform at the time of your visit. We accept major credit and debit cards.

If our physician determines that your condition requires hands-on treatment, imaging, or lab work, we can seamlessly escalate you to our affiliated physical emergency room at 5306 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX 77401. Your information and evaluation are shared so you do not have to start over.

Call 911 immediately if you are experiencing: chest pain or pressure, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, signs of stroke (sudden numbness, confusion, difficulty speaking, vision problems), severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), loss of consciousness, seizures, or any condition you believe is life-threatening. Telemedicine is not a substitute for emergency 911 services.

Virtual ER is the telemedicine arm of a fully equipped, 24/7 physical emergency room in Bellaire, Texas. Our physicians are board-certified emergency medicine doctors. While telemedicine handles many conditions effectively, our physical ER is always available for situations that need in-person care.
